Had a great guy who served us, named Eden. He took care of us so well, he shows such care in his customers. Just want to say a big thanks to him, I was highly impressed, that man definitely needs a pay rise !

Great value for money on the school holiday zone.Staff were lovely , nothing was too much trouble! They were all calm and relaxed even with a group of about seventy kids in t the same time.Well done to the Manager and staff

Nice place, friendly staff, me and my 4-year-old boy had a blast. You lost a star because we had 2 games of bowling and at the counter they didn't inform me about the super fun pass deal, where we get arcade time too. Instead, they let me pay for the 2 bowling sessions and then I spent alot more after bowling on the arcade. It would have been nice to have been told about the fun pass at the counter, considering it cost almost the same as 2 games of bowling.

My Son absolutely loved his bowling birthday party today with his friends. Amelia was fantastic and went above and beyond (even sitting with the kids to chat). Such a fun and easy way to celebrate. Highly recommend! Thank you Amelia and team.

Had my daughters birthday here they had a blast (best day ever according to the birthday girl) and Tyrone was a great party host he was friendly, informative and no problem was too much to fix. Definitely a valuable employeeDefinitely be back for some more fun

The kids had a great birthday party. The staff were easy to talk to and nothing asked of them was difficult to be done in a timely manner. Such a great package for parties our 4-9yo plus adults had a blast!

The refurbishment is great! Our party host, Oliver, was fabulous today! He was available for anything that was needed and kept my daughter's party running smoothly.Had extra help from Tyrone & Sam who were great also.Only disappointment was the gluten free food took nearly 1.5 hours.Overall, I was so impressed with the manners, friendliness and help from our Host and all the younger staff members that I dealt with today.

We had such a good birthday party, so easy and everything done for you. The kids love being able to do something and works out cheaper than doing it all at home. Our host Amelia was awesome, so good with the kids and nothing too much trouble. Had a good chat with the birthday boys which he loved. Thank you!

We had my son's birthday at Zone Bowling Rockingham.5 stars for the cleanliness of the venue...it was well organised & spacious... parking & location is so convenient.The quality and amount of food served during the party was adequate. The kids had either nuggets or hotdog in a bun. Drinks has plenty of options, from water to soda and juices.5 stars to the staff especially to Amelia as our party host. She was great! She answered all of my questions and made sure no one was out of place. The kids commented that she explains well, kind and helpful.I would highly recommend this place for birthday parties. The kids had fun!!!
