The arcade games and prizes are rigged I had 100 tickets and all I got was a zappo packet and a few toast drops. Also lots of the games were broken. Terrible place. But good bowling.

We had been to this venue in the past and always well run operation. However tonight a group of us were there it is not a well run venue anymore,, it looks dirty, bins overflowing, tables not cleared, poor customer service, poor quality of food and hot beverages and understaffed.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN! Extremely rude service from the staff and bowling alleys kept stuffing up which staff barely wanted to help with. Also requested a refund, which instead of giving a refund they charged usTHE MANAGERPhoto below

Absolutely a fun place for the entire family. Geared well and very clean and tidy. The stars were Ailee and JO. Extremely hi levels of professionalism and work ethics. It was our first time and Ailee patiently, explained us the procedures and activities.JO ran the bar and restaurant area with finesse and smile. Nothing was too much for her. Highly impressed and keep it up.A big thanks to them for making our evening memorable. Cannot wait to go back again.Ankush

Great place for a 9 years birthday party! Kids absolutely love it, and so the the adults as no mess to clean up! Mum and dad of the birthday boy also got an alcoholic drink too! Birthday boy got to catch the tickets" in the glass wind room..very funny! Then finish up with games time and to spend 200 tickets. A great time by all."

A group of us paid for two games each. Not one single game went smoothly. Kept going up to the counter asking for help but no staff wanted to sort out the problem. We were patient enough to sit and wait for 25 minutes. STILL NOTHING. Went up to the counter AGAIN and as we tried to explain our situation the staff leaned on the counter as if he didn't believe us. He did nothing.The amount of times each and every one of us went up there to get help was ridiculous. We then decided to ask for a refund as none of us even finished a game. The manager called Ally agreed and TRIED giving us our refund. As we double checked our bank statements while half way homeshe ended up taking the money out instead of giving a refund. Called up and complained to see if she could then fixed and do it over the phone, her respond was no unless you come back in" AS IF IT WAS OUR FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Never coming back ever again

Had a great time, very busy and heaps of activities to do. Customer service was amazing, heaps of thanks to Michelle was a great help.However our car was broken into and very disappointed to find out about the lack of camera surveillance due to lack of care by head of management. This wasn't the first time either. Michelle was very thorough and helped in everyway possible so massive thanks!Overall the place is great, so if the food and equipment. Just disappointed with the lack of camera surveillance and lighting in the car park.

We just had a party there on Sunday and our party hosts Zyah and Alissa were absolutely incredible, Alissa helped so much with the kids and made us feel so welcomed and the kids absolutely adored her, she cheered on the kids while they were blowing and made everyone feel like a winner. Definitely coming here again!

We had wonderful experience celebrating our son's 10th birthday party. Our host Chloe was awesome. She looked after the kids nicely and assisted us in every way. We will really appreciate if you guys have more vegetarian options available on the day in the cafe as we were told that you can order on the day but there were not many options to pick from.Thanks

Very busy place but great setup and fun for all ages. Birthday parties for kids are well run here and the food is good.
